What is Backorder and its ETA ?
When the product ordered is not physically available with the vendors and is being arranged directly from the distributor then that order is said to be on backorder. In such cases, no ETA (Expected time of arrival) is provided by the seller.

At present , We accept payments by reputed gateway CCAVENUE and supported payment types.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (CoD) ?
NO, we do not accept CoD.
Do I have to pay delivery charges?
If cart amount is more than ₹ 999 we dont charge delivery charges but if cart amount below ₹ 999 we change based on the weight of the package.
Do you accept product returns ?

What if product under warranty gets faulty, how and whom to contact ?
As all products sold with warranty are assured with free repair or replacement according to the product policy, you can directly contact respective customer support and reach out your nearest service team or you can call us for a helping hand . Please note transport or courier charges are not included under warranty, it will be chargeable accordingly
What if product turns out faulty after warranty period ?
Until product manufacturer exists operational we provide chargeable service or repair accordingly
Do I get product replacement every time under warranty claim ?
No, it solely depends on manufacturer decision whether to repair or replace according to the condition of the faulty product
Do I have trial period to use the product and return if not satisfied ?
No, as of now we don’t offer such facility.
Can I claim warranty even if I have lost warranty card but I have original purchase invoice ?
No absolutely not, as all companies consider providing warranty card is a must.
Do I get doorstep installation all over india ?
Few of the cities are eligible for doorstep installation, but doorstep delivery available all over india
How to know whether the product received is genuine or not ?
As we are catering customers since 1998 we strongly vigilance the product before shipping , still you have an option to cross check through product website.
What if I order and later decide to cancel ? Will I suffer any cancellation charges ?
Once ordered and payment processed , if you wish to cancel the order then you will get refund after deducting 2% +gst charges only if the product is not shipped.
What if I get transit damage product and I want to cancel the order and get refund ?
There is no cancellation or refund. We replace the product from our side.
How long would it take to get replacement of the product if received as transit damage condition ?
Once we receive back the faulty product , if it is found right to send a replacement then generally 3-5 days Is required to complete the process, In case we fail to procure same model as a replacement then we will refund the full amount without deducting any payment processing charges and transport charges.
