We accept the return only if product is damaged in transit or the product is faulty.

When a return complaint is raised carshoppee shall verify and check the authenticity of the complaint and If carshoppee team is convinced about genuinity of the complaint then we will process the complaint & arrange for replacement or refund. If your Package is damaged then do a uncut video unboxing of the package then immediately inform carshoppee about the same at customercare@carshoppee.in Or call us at +91 99010 50303. . If you are failing to notify in 24 hours carshoppee will not be liable for failure to return or replace the order. The product should be returned in good packaging and with the original invoice.
